Yes! It’s true…the secret is frozen sliced bananas. It’s kind of an amazing concept. The trick is that the bananas have to be sliced and frozen ahead of time. I cut them up then place in a plastic baggie in the freezer. Once frozen, use a food processor, and blend them together. At first it will be a grainy texture -keep going until they reach a smooth consistency. Lastly, add in your favorite ingredients. I used peanut butter and cocoa powder, but coconut and other fruits would be delicious, too.

{3-Ingredient} Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3-4 bananas sliced and frozen
- A heaping spoonful of peanut butter
- 2-3 t. cocoa powder
Instructions
- Place frozen bananas in a food processor and blend. Blend until it gets very smooth. Then add in the peanut butter and cocoa powder. Enjoy this healthy treat!
