Feeling blessed! When the invitations come rolling into my i-phone, I cannot help but feel joy-filled, humbled and grateful and…well….very blessed!
Last week was a busy one. Aside from Mr. Farmer and crew getting ready to place seed in the ground, there was a girls’ night out event, a funeral, a birthday party for Addie and Jackers, a tea party and a wedding reception! Yes, there were lots of signs of joy—joy-filled hearts, laughter, fellowship, love abounding!
The “Girls’ Night Out” consisted of several fun-filled, hands on stations the students hosted for their guests.
Gramma Lo Lo and I enjoyed delightful manicures from our darling Anna. She worked very hard at doing a thorough job! “Slow and steady wins the race!”
We enjoyed a delightful conversation while she was preparing my nails…sparkles and all!
Cousin Ava was also invited to this fun event. She loved her nails, as well!
Grandma Lo Lo, Grandma De and the Manicurist, Miss Anna.
Anna made a beautiful multi-colored necklace that she was very proud of!
Ava really got into it with a 5-color pattern co-ordinate. She LOVES beading!
Next station was a nail art. And next to Anna is another cousin, Bella. She, too, had a blast. Bella and Gram had just come from the bubble art station.

Anna loves pre-school twice a week. She is a little social butterfly—always making new friends and learning about her Savior, Jesus.
With take-home treasures, nice refreshments and new manicures, we girls chattered all the way home. What a night to remember!
Thanks for inviting me, Anna! I’ll treasure it…..always!
Love! Just can’t beat it!
