When we entered the park, we were immediately shocked at how eerily quiet the forest is. A sense of peace and tranquility truly enveloped us, and we instantly realized just how small we are in comparison to these works of God. Sometimes its such a good feeling to feel small. It helps me realize how big God is and how he truly has got everything under control! This verse expresses my thoughts in a much better way…

Moss, ferns, and shamrocks abounded, and while we were hiking we stumbled upon this amazing waterfall. The kids enjoyed exploring it for over and hour. I think it is SO beneficial for children to get out and freely explore new environments. They were so refreshed. Being in God’s creation is so therapeutic.
