My daughter, Ava, loves loves making anything with popsicles. This is something she has been doing basically every day all summer long. She started off this summer by beginning with frozen lemonade pops, kool-aid pops, and then her latest (and healthiest) version has been orange yogurt pops. These are a simple and refreshing treat we all are enjoying – pretty much any time of the day! She loves for everyone to partake in this simple delight.
If you have a kiddo or grandkiddo around, I’m sure they would enjoy making these together!! And they’re only 2 ingredients 🙂
If orange juice isn’t your thing – try other juices such as grape, cherry, or tropical juice. Also, feel free to throw in some bits of fruit, too!
Ava says, “Have fun and enjoy!”
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt and juice with a whisk. Pour the mixture into 4-6 molds of an ice pop tray, dividing equally.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours or up to overnight.
- When ready to serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
