Nothing beats a good appetizer and even better is one that can me made in just minutes. A cheese ball is a classic appetizer that I remember always being around during the holidays. But, why wait for a holiday to have a simple and delicious appetizer?
We’ve been enjoying the nicer weather here at home and spending our evenings lounging around in the screened porch. That is one of the positives of this Covid pandemic is we are spending more time at home enjoying the slower pace and screened porch we rarely enjoyed before.
The other night while enjoying our dinner on the porch we even discovered the flat screen tv we had installed when we first moved it..that quit working after the first serious storm that blew through – is working again! Almost seven years later the kids insisted we give it a try, who would have thought!
