Bacon Cheeseburger Biscuit Cups

I saw this recipe on Facebook the other day. It was on a video and looked very good, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I did!

It has several steps, yet it is very easy to make.

Here are the ingredients.
Brown the hamburger.
Cut the up the bacon while hamburger is cooking.
Add bacon and onion.
Press biscuit dough into muffin tin.
Place ketchup and cheese on top of hamburger mixture.
Slide right into the 350 degree oven.

It’s important to use plenty of cooking spray so the cups are easy to take out.
