Hi readers! I have a super fun new book to tell you about… The Brick Builders Illustrated Bible. Just take a look at this fun, colorful, bright book! Isn’t it creative and adorable? Don’t you just love it!?
Do you have any Lego super fans in your life? My three boys are really into Legos right now, and so when I heard about The Brick Builders Bible, I had a feeling that they would love it.
And I was right. They come right away when I ask them each day to snuggle up with me to read a bit of it. (And I have secretly caught them reading it on the couch on their own, which proves that this is a winner.) They love the true, adventurous stories that are creatively illustrated with blocks of all shapes and colors.
I love the accuracy of all the thirty-five Bible accounts, and the Bible references at the top of each story (so we can take the story a little deeper by going to Scripture). I think my favorite part is the “Building Block” section found at the end of each story. It gives encouragement to take action on what we’ve just learned together and helps us start a discussion of what Bible truths can look like in daily life.
One of my biggest goals as a mom is to get God’s word into my kids’ hearts. I am always keeping an eye out for fun, inspirational, and creative ways to do this, and the Brick Builders Bible definitely fits the bill.
