School is officially out for my kiddos! I will no longer be packing school lunches, instead we will be eating together at home. A time I look forward too! However, finding the time to make a good lunch in the business of summer isn’t always an easy task. I am happy to report that these buffalo chicken wraps are not only simple to make, but also delicious! Be sure to give them a try.
Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
- 12 oz frozen popcorn chicken
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 4 flour tortillas warmed
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 2 to matoes chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook chicken according to package directions; coarsely chop. In a large bowl mix chicken, tomatoes, and cheese together and drizzle with wing sauce. Toss to coat
- Spoon chicken mixture onto warm tortilla, layer on lettuce and drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Fold or roll tortilla and enjoy
