Are you ready for this delicious “dump” dessert? A friend brought a version of this to church last Sunday. This dish jarred my memory back to the 70’s, of gatherings with moms, kids, nursing babies and bible studies. What fond memories I have of those by-gone days of my young motherhood and my new world of being a Christian. (2 Cor. 5:17). Back then, I was involved in weekly bible studies with young moms, a plethora of kids, much studying of the Scriptures and WONDERFUL refreshments. New recipes filled my bible almost every week. My friend, Cheryl, gave me more than good recipes from her repertoire. She taught me the bible, too, in which I was so grateful to her for sharing her knowledge with me from her joy-filled heart. Cheryl is a gem!
