We have had a little warmer weather this week which had me focused on grilling. Unfortunately, after I had thawed out some steaks the wind really picked up making grilling a bit difficult. If you live on a farm, you can understand how wind can hinder your grilling plans. 🙂
My sister had sent over this recipe some time ago and it turned out to be a great evening to give it a try. Tender and juicy pan fried steak bites that have a bit of a punch of flavor. The garlic butter gives the steak bites some additional flavor depth. Extra bonus is they were ready in less than 10 minutes!
