Wanna make something just a little bit different? These cookies are tasty, fun and unique. I’ve never rolled cookies in corn flake crumbs, have you? They are filled with dates and nuts with a hint of almond extract. My friend, Violette, made these for a church gathering over 40 years ago and I fell in love with them Of course I asked her for the recipe. I love to see the hand writing of my friends and relatives on the recipe cards, don’t you?
