Will you be serving up some appetizers for Thanksgiving? Along with a small charcuterie board, I think there will be a warm platter full of these little cranberry nuggets. I’ve rounded up some ingredients for this new endeavor. The cranberries are stewing away, as I write.
Wow! They really do pop….a long way as I got one right on my face, so watch out! 🙂
I cut out 9 squares from a puffed pastry sheet and molded them into a muffin tin. Be sure to spray the pan first.
Next came the cranberry sauce–the even more tangy cranberry sauce as I added mild pepper jelly to the cooked cranberries. Yes, DELICIOUS!
Putting them altogether was a CINCH!
Added a slab of cream cheese to each piece of pastry.
Strawberry cream cheese and plain. Which will we like best??
Office Manager
Topped off with some spicy cranberry sauce. Oh my!
I just couldn’t wait for Mr. Farmer to come for lunch. So….I tried them…..Oh My! Absolute Delishness! I do hope you like em’. Easy and so so good!

Happy Thanksgiving!!
Hey…..HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all our faithful followers from our farm in SW Iowa and BEYOND!
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. May He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace. He loves you so very much!
And…..this Thanksgiving…. please count your blessings. Name them one by one. Look around you and see what the Lord has done for you…your family….your friends. We truly DO have so much to be thankful for. Thank you, dear Father.
