Are you hungry for some beef? Some grilled steak? I am. Have you ever made homemade steak sauce? I have not. I’ve always dipped my steak bites in a mixture of 57 Sauce, a little Worcestershire, plus ketchup. Or……eaten my steak without a thing….and loved it. I wanted to try something new and I’m so glad I did!
Quick Mix & Simmer
Today I’m sharing a great sauce. Tried it on the family and it was a “thumbs up” from everyone.
The recipe called for items I had on hand, so that made me smile and move forward! The batch makes a nice amount and also keeps in the refrigerator for the next steak or burger dinner. You’ll be one step ahead of the game.

Summer grilling can’t be beat. As Iowa beef producers, there’s almost always some beef in the freezer. I’ll be using this recipe on burgers, too.
Hope you try it, too.
Have a great week, friends. We cherish you!
