One of my good friends shared this recipe with me…it is one of her daughter’s favorites. It has now become a favorite recipe of my kids too. I can guarantee when I make this dish all three kids will sit at the table without complaining and gobble it right up, this is no easy feat in my house.
I usually use leftover rotisserie chicken to make the dish super easy to make. If I have time, I like to make a homemade cream of chicken soup, but if we are in a hurry, I used the canned version. Throw in the yummy frozen Reames noodles and it’s a comforting and delicious dish! My husband and my oldest son prefer their chicken and noodle over mashed potatoes and the youngest two of the crew eat it plain.
Whether you are looking for a comforting dish or a simple meal for a weeknight, be sure to give this one a try!
