A few weeks ago I got the chance to catch up with a dear friend of mine I hadn’t seen in a few years. In the evening we attended a neighborhood block party, the entire neighborhood put together a celebration and everyone brought food to share. I must say, I was quite impressed by the spread at this gathering. There was tables full of food and it all looked delicious. I filled my plate full with as many different dishes it could hold, one of them being this Greek Feta Dip. It was one of them that stood out the most, simple ingredients and flavorful. So, of course what do I do? Recreate the recipe asap. I’ve had the opportunity to make it a few times now and each time it gets rave reviews.
