Turkey and Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • 2 oz sliced turkey
  • ½ Avocado
  • Juice from 1 lemon wedge
  • Dash of salt (more to taste if desired)
  • Dash of red pepper flakes (more to taste if desired)
  • Cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Toast your whole wheat bread
  2. Mash your Avocado and add lemon juice, salt, red pepper flakes, mix well.
  3. Spread Avocado mixture on top of toast.
  4. Layer slices turkey
  5. Too with cracked pepper to desired liking.
