The other day a viewer inquired about a strawberry glaze recipe. I checked to see if my oldie but goodie strawberry pie recipe made it into our recipes on our blog. Surprisingly it didn’t come up when I searched for it. So I decided, “Today WOULD be a good day to make a strawberry pie, since I’m headed for the grocery store anyway. So, viewer Denise, I’m certain you will find this recipe with the homemade glaze to your satisfaction. I’ve been making this pie recipe for over 40 years and chosen it for my “birthday pie” for many. 🙂 It’s super easy and very tasty. And for you viewers out there who are watching your sugar intake….well, you know what to do. Good ol’ jell-O has sugar-free options. 🙂
Hope you enjoy this wonderful summer dessert. It’s been a favorite of mine for years and years. Hope it becomes a favorite of yours, too.
Forty some years……………wow! I’m getting old!
