Independence Day is just around the corner and I want to be prepared for it. What do you have planned this year? I’m not certain what this holiday will look like for us, but I do know there will be food, family and probably fireworks!
For this easy yummy dessert I think I’ll make the cupcakes in advance and stick them in the freezer. I’ll run to the store the day before the 4th to pick up the rest of the ingredients so that the fruit will be super fresh.
Fruity 4th of July Cupcakes
Quick, easy and festive
Ingredients
- 24 white cupcakes. (I make mine from a boxed mix.
- 1 tub Cool Whip or Whipped Cream
- 1 quart strawberries washed, dried.
- 1 pint blueberries washed and dried
- 1 can Redi Whip to decorate
- Blue and Red sprinkles optional
Instructions
- With these ingredients you can create your own cupcake. Simply place all ingredients on the table and let each person design his own Independence Day cupcake. Easy!
