Easter is just a few short weeks away as part of our rejoicing in Jesus’ resurrection, my family gathers together each year to celebrate with a meal and fun activities. There are always the old family favorites on the table such as Pineapple Pretzel Salad, Cheesy Mac and Corn Casserole and Striped Jell-O Salad along with a large baked ham and homemade rolls. My mouth is watering right now as I type this. Along with a large ham comes a lot of leftovers, which equates to these recipes later in the week: Ham and Beans, Ham Salad and these fun little Ham Puff Appetizers…all delicious uses for left overs. These Ham puffs are made with five simple ingredients and are just the perfect bite full of ham and cheese. It can definitely be hard to stop at just one.
Do you have some Easter Dinner favorites? We generally have multiple desserts at our table too! I enjoy this Carrot Cake Trifle and my kids like the Chocolate Covered Strawberry “Carrots” and these super simple Spring Pudding Desserts. All right in season and festive.
