Looking for a last minute dish to take to your Christmas dinner? This delicious homemade creamed corn is another holiday favorite in my family. It’s a great alternative to regular corn or the canned mix. Sautee your corn with some peppers and onions and then add in your cream cheese for the creaminess and season to taste. I must admit, this is one of the dishes I always look forward too. I looove cream cheese (not cheesecake or in desserts) but in dishes like this or appetizers. Yumm…I’m already drooling.
