Jenny’s Snow Ice Cream

Guess what? It snowed over 4″ the other night. It’s past the middle of April!  My mom told me that I needed to have my snow ice cream recipe on the blog. (She loves it so much.)  So,  I went outside and scooped up  some freshly fallen snow on this very odd day. I usually do not make snow ice cream in the spring time; I usually make it in the winter time, so I decided to go out and take advantage of this opportunity.

I gathered 8-9 cups of snow. Isn’t it pretty?? Added a little more for good measure.

Poured in the sweetened condensed milk.

Added some delicious vanilla extract. Then, added a bit more for good flavor. 🙂

Gave it a big ‘old stir.

Placed it in a pretty bowl, on top of a pretty plate, along with some pretty good cookies.

Can’t wait to have a bite. 

Jenny's Snow Ice Cream

Super easy and delicious and quick homemade ice cream. Just give it a stir.

Serving Size 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 8-9 cups of snow
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Gather some snow. Mix in both the vanilla and condensed milk. Stir it up. Place in freezer for at least an hour. Serve with or without your favorite toppings

  1. I like your bible verse so good. I like writing of bible scripture thank you for the list. I started in April. I often will re-read the verse when I set down for a while and of course before I go to bed. First thing in the morning.
