Guess what? It snowed over 4″ the other night. It’s past the middle of April! My mom told me that I needed to have my snow ice cream recipe on the blog. (She loves it so much.) So, I went outside and scooped up some freshly fallen snow on this very odd day. I usually do not make snow ice cream in the spring time; I usually make it in the winter time, so I decided to go out and take advantage of this opportunity.
I gathered 8-9 cups of snow. Isn’t it pretty?? Added a little more for good measure.
Poured in the sweetened condensed milk.
Added some delicious vanilla extract. Then, added a bit more for good flavor. 🙂
Gave it a big ‘old stir.
Placed it in a pretty bowl, on top of a pretty plate, along with some pretty good cookies.
Can’t wait to have a bite.

Mom and I are memorizing this passage of Scripture. These verses really help us to have a good attitude and think of others. Why don’t you join us?

I like your bible verse so good. I like writing of bible scripture thank you for the list. I started in April. I often will re-read the verse when I set down for a while and of course before I go to bed. First thing in the morning.
