This morning I had the most delicious breakfast, a cinnamon roll! And it didn’t give me a blood sugar spike, so not only was it super delicious, but it was good for my diabetic body.
Now, I realize that this is not the prettiest cinnamon roll that you’ve ever seen, but what it lacks in looks, it makes up in taste. The flavors of cinnamon and butter mixed with the Cinnabon-like cream cheese frosting make this a scrumptious treat. And with only 5 carbs, this cinnamon roll is good for keto and Trim Healthy Mama diet followers.
Isn’t it wonderful to know that you can cut carbs and sugar out of a diet but not sacrifice treating yourself to a warm, cinnamony breakfast treat? This sure makes me really happy!
