Have you heard of it? Its quickly gaining popularity and is even on the New York Times Bestseller List. I got a copy for myself and have been learning a lot about nutrition and overall health for myself and family. It is very informative and encouraging and written in a fun way.
Today for lunch we made the Trim Healthy Mama lettuce wraps from page 297 in the book. They were fun, fresh, and filling. We all loved them!

- mayonnaise

- Lightly spread mayonaise and mustard on lettuce leaves.
