The weather is a BALMY 50 degrees today. We have been busy riding scooters and doing other fun things outside. Warm air and scooter riding just make a person feel healthy, and to keep that feeling going, we decided to make smoothies for lunch. We had three kinds of frozen fruit on hand, and we tried them all blended up together. I wasn’t sure how we would like the blueberry/mango combination, but it was a hit!
- 1 C almond milk
- 2 C water
- 2 C ice cubes
- 2 C frozen strawberries
- 2 C frozen mangoes
- 1 C frozen blueberries
- 2 T Truvia
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Sweet, refreshing, and delicious! Not to mention, SO healthy!
