There is a very significant chill in the air this morning, the weather dropped over 25 degrees overnight. It’s the end of the first quarter at school for the kiddos so they have today off. Our plans to spend the day at the pumpkin patch have changed with the cold front, but it’s not going to ruin our fun!
Why not kick off the long weekend with these easy and delicious mini cinnamon roll bites! They are the cutest little things perfected with cinnamon sugar sprinkling and simple glaze. I’ve made these in the past as a dessert (why not, they are delicious) but this time I made them for breakfast. All three kids sat around the table enjoying them. Each of them deciding on a Which was their favorite. One of my kiddos likes his extra fluffy, The other likes the pieces on the edge that are a little crunchy and Of course the last one prefers whatever piece has the most glaze.
Hope you an enjoyable Friday, I’m off to enjoy a few more cinnamon roll bites with my coffee. 🙂
