Need a little somethin’ extra for that Banana Bread? Try this Banana Cake! It is almost like bread, with the exception that the consistency is lighter (more like cake). And then there’s that sweet cream cheese frosting! Who doesn’t love the cream cheese frosting? For many occasions in my life, it’s the cream cheese frosting that wins me over. There I said it.
This tasty cake, can be used as a dessert or even for breakfast – if you like. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of cream cheese frosting to put on top. 🙂
Mmmm….frosting, That looks about right amount, huh?
