Eating healthy is what one may expect for this time of year. With the New Year, most of us make resolutions and healthy eating and exercise often are a place for many of us to start.
So, I am hopping on the bandwagon, and trying out some wholesome (and hopefully better) recipes. Our family loves oatmeal. What I enjoy about Overnight Oats is that they can be made ahead and then breakfast is ready to go first thing in the morning. All I have to do is grab out of the refrigerator! I am not much of a plain oatmeal eater, but I enjoy all the extra fixin’s. This recipe has just that – cinnamon, vanilla, greek yogurt, honey, and raisins are all those goodies that make a jump start for the day.
