Pecan Chocolate Chip Cowboy Cookies
Changed up the cookie dough just a bit. Everyone had seconds….and thirds…..and…..well…..you get the picture.

Used a bigger scooper this time. Enjoyed the size.

Pecan Chocolate Chip Cowboy

Just a little change-up on the traditional toll house. Love 'em!
Ingredients
- 2¼ C flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 C butter, softened
- ¾ C granulated sugar
- ¾ C packed brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 C chocolate chips
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 2 C Corn Chex, crushed up a little
Instructions
- Mix together butter, sugars. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla. Add all dry ingredients and give it a good stir. When it pulls away from the bowl, you know you have enough flour.
- Bake 12-14 minutes.

There are several friends who will receive them…maybe I should gift the ice cold milk accompaniment too!
