Pentime Cursive

My name is Olivia, and I am nine and a half years old and in  fourth grade. Here I am typing this blog post.

I do Pentime Cursive and really like it, because it is super easy, but it teaches me a lot.  For example, when I was in book number four, everyday I wrote facts about the United States.  Now, in book number five I write facts about animals.

Sometimes I  even get to do poems, such as, yesterday I finished a poem about Christmas.

In a lowly stable

The stable was  dark,

But the star was bright,

As it shone overhead

 That first Christmas night.

The voices were noisy

 on Bethlehem street,

 But the stable was quiet

Where  the babe was asleep.

 Though the stable was lowly

 Where Jesus was born,

 He came as king of love

 That first Christmas morn.

ps- my mom really likes it too, because it takes only five minutes to do each day, and it only costs five dollars a book. She bought my books here.
