A two ingredient appetizer that pleases both kids and adults alike? Sign me up! This pigs in a blanket recipe is nothing new..it’s been around as long as I can recall. However, this time of year between busy schedules and football games this is a dish I reach for. Sometimes it’s an appetizer, sometimes it’s the main attraction at dinner.
Serve it up with some ketchup and mustard to dip. If you are feeling extra fancy you could brush the tops with some butter and sprinkle with sea salt before baking or even sprinkle some shredded cheese on top too!
