These are always a fall favorite. My husband loves anything with cream cheese frosting. They go fast!
Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1⅔c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 15 oz. pumpkin
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2t. baking powder
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. soda
- For frosting:
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- ½ stick of butter, softened
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 T. milk
- 3-4c. powdered sugar
Instructions
- Grease 13 x 10 pan.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Combine on medium speed eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Stir flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and soda.
- Add remaining dry ingredients to pumpkin.
- Mix until smooth at low speed.
- Spread in 13 x 10 pan and bake.
- Cool on wire rack.
- For the frosting, combine cream cheese and butter in medium bowl with mixer. Add sugar, milk, and vanilla on low. Frost over cooled bars.
