Roasted Asparagus with Mushroom and Onion

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 6 oz mushrooms, thickly sliced
- ⅛ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon of seasoning salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a large baking sheet with foil.
- Gently toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until vegetables evenly coated with oil.
- Spread evenly on baking sheets.
- Roast approximately 25-30 minutes, stirring vegetables once halfway through.
- Remove from oven when vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
