Scotcharoos! Have you had these delicious, chewy, crunchy, addictively yummy bars?
My husband calls these “scotchies,” and they are his favorite. His mom started making them when he was a kid, and she passed the recipe on to me after we were married. You just can’t beat the chocolate/peanut butter/butterscotch combination. Plus they only require six ingredients and a few minutes to make. I brought them to a pot-luck recently, and they were gone in a flash.
Three cheers for scotcharoos! Hope you can make them soon. Trust me; you’ll love ’em!
