This classic seafood salad was a favorite of mine from growing up. I’m sure it comes as no surprise (due to my love of mayo) that when eating out at a sandwich shops a seafood salad sandwich would be my top choice. A refreshing seafood with crunchy celery and creamy, flavorful dressing. This recipe is easy to make, especially if you start with the vacuumed sealed imitation crab, next you mix in a few ingredients and spice and voila! you have a tasty spread. I like to serve it on a croissant, quality hoagie or even as a cracker spread. If I’m feeling super healthy, I take some romaine leaves and serve it as a lettuce wrap.

You will love it even better if you use equal parts mayo and Ranch dressing
