I’ve mentioned before in some of my previous posts how my Mom is a fantastic hostess. Growing up they would have card parties, host family gatherings, holiday parties etc. A popular appetizer on her hosting rotation was this “Shrimp Pizza”. A delicious layered cracker spread that everyone seems to enjoy and is simple to make. Cream cheese, homemade cocktail sauce, fresh parmesan cheese, shrimp and fresh parsley complete the layers. A tasty combination….Yum!
