Simple Strawberry Shortcake Stacks
These fun little treats are about the easiest dessert I have made. My daughter and I whipped them up after supper in just minutes. They are a fun twist on the classic strawberry shortcake. All you need are shortbread cookies, cool whip and strawberries.
Start by placing a shortbread cookie (store bought or homemade) on your serving dish, add a layer of sliced strawberries followed by a dollop of cool whip and repeat the layers until desired height. (Two layers was good for serving on a plate.) Super simple, right? A quick and refreshing treat in just minutes. Happy Summer!

Ingredients
- Shortbread cookies
- Cool whip
- Strawberries sliced
- Whole strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Start by placing a shortbread cookie on bottom of serving dish
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries to cover the cookie
- Layer a dollop of cool whip (your preferred amount)
- Repeat layers and finish with a whole strawberry for garnish.
- Serve right away and enjoy!
