Snack Lunch
About once a week, my kids and I have what we call a “snack lunch.” As you can see from the picture, it is kind of like a Lunchable, but a on a bigger scale. The kids think that is fun and I think it is easy. A win for all!
The components vary each week, and this week’s highlights were the Aioli Mustard Sauce from Trader Joe’s and the Smoked Beef Salami from Costco.
