Strawberry Mango Salsa
One of my favorite things about summer here in Iowa is all of the fresh produce. We started getting Colorado peaches at our local grocery store, fresh green herbs have been plentiful, and sweet strawberries are ready to be picked! Fruits and vegetables are in full swing here!
I love to make Fruit Salsa with all the extra fruit leftovers in the fridge. It is sooo refreshing, light, and delightful – it’s even better paired with these cinnamon and sugar pita chips! And this salsa is SO easy, it can be made in just a few quick minutes. I think the touch of basil and red onion enhance all of the flavors. Enjoy!

If you have time, try our homemade version of cinnamon and sugar chips – and another Fruit Salsa that can be eaten by the spoonful (no joke) 😉 Turn it up and add more heat with Strawberry and Jalapeno Salsa
