Easter is just around the corner! We are excited for the grass to start turning green, leaves to bud and flowers to bloom. One of our favorite Easter (or any holiday really) sides is this Striped Jell-O salad. Its layered with four flavors of Jell-O that makes for a light and refreshing treat. It’s delicious enough for dessert…or if you are my daughter, your one and only main course. ha.
It is a super easy salad to make without much hands on time, but as a whole it is a long process cause you have to allow the layers to cool and solidify before adding the next. It is easy enough that after the making the first layer together with my 6 year old daughter, she took it upon herself to make the next few layers alone.
Use sugar-free Jell-O if you are wanting lower calories and carbs and top with a little cool whip for a delightful Spring treat.

Striped Jell-O Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg cherry Jell-O
- 1 pkg lemon Jell-O
- 1 pkg orange Jell-O
- 1 pkg orange-pineapple Jell-O
- 1 pkg lime Jell-O
- 1 pkg black cherry Jell-O
- 1 pkg strawberry Jell-O
- 1 1/2 cups carnation milk
Instructions
- First Layer - Dissolve cherry Jell-O with 3/4 cup hot water, add in 3/4 cup cold water and pour into a 9x13" pan and refrigerate until set.
- Second Layer - Dissolve 1 package lemon Jell-O in 1/2 cup hot water add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup carnation milk. Pour over first layer and Refrigerate until set
- Third layer - dissolve 1 package orange Jell-O in 3/4 cup of hot water add 3/4 cup cold water and pour over 2nd layer. Refrigerate until set.
- Fourth Layer - Dissolve Orange Pineapple Jell-O in 1/2 cup hot water add in 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup carnation milk. pour over 3rd layer and refrigerate until set.
- Fifth Layer - Dissolve lime Jell-O in 3/4 cup hot water add in 3/4 cup cold water. Pour over 4th layer and refrigerate until set.
- Sixth Layer - Dissolve package of black cherry Jell-O with 1/2 cup of hot water add in 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup carnation milk. Pour over 5th layer and refrigerate until set.
- Seventh layer - Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in 3/4 cup hot water, add in 3/4 cup cold water pour over 6th layer and refrigerate until set
- Serve with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
