Smoothies are a great way to start the day! Not only are they healthy, but they are so refreshing, and filled with fruit and yogurt, making for a light cream base. Mmmm! There is no sugar in this recipe – just add honey for desired amount of sweetness.

Winter months here can get a bit long and monotonous …this smoothie is a way to change up the typical breakfast routine (or snack, if you like) and experience some of those reviving conditions right where you are in your own home. It may not bring along sandy beaches and palm trees, but it’s a start to a healthy and revitalizing beginning to the day.

- ½ c. orange juice
- 1 c. milk
- 1 T. honey
- 1 mango, sliced
- 1 banana
- ½ c. pineapple
- ½ c. fruit choice (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
- ½ c. honey greek yogurt
- 2 c. ice
- Place all ingredients in blender. Pulse seveal times to desired consistency, then pour into glass and enjoy!
