Turkey, Tomato, & Avocado Croissant
The month of March has definitely shown some ups and downs in the weather. It is interesting how the weather can affect my mood and what I choose to eat. We have a lot of sandwiches, soups, and sometimes salads for lunch. I’m always looking for something new to try – especially at lunch time!
It’s surprising just adding a croissant sandwich and few extra vegetables can change up the typical lunch menu. Who knew how much difference some bright colors and a croissant could make to a simple sandwich? If you’re looking for a different twist for sandwiches and lunches, then definitely give this one a try! The buttery flaky croissant is worth it.
Another idea to make this over the top is to throw a few slices of bacon on it! Yum!
