Avocado Feta Dip

Ingredients
3
large avocados
chopped into small pieces
1
pint
cherry tomatoes
chopped into small pieces
4
oz
plain crumbled feta cheese
1/2
small bunch of fresh parsley
chopped fine
1
Tbs
olive oil
1.5
Tbs
red wine vinegar
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
Except for the avocados, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate a few hours up to overnight to allow flavors to blend.
Just before serving, chop avocados and gently stir in.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
