8 oz milk or semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped. (Optional: chocolate chips)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the crust: With mixer, mix butter, brown sugar, flour, vanilla and salt. Pour into 9x13 baking dish and press firmly. Bake 15 minutesWhile crust is baking: In a medium saucepan mix together condensed milk, 2 T butter, and chocolate. When melted and combined, add almonds. Pour filling over crust and bake another 15 minutes. Cool before serving.
