Churro Chex Mix With Caramels

Ingredients
1 12 oz box of Rice Chex cereal
1 1/4
cup
sugar
2
Tbs
cinnamon
1
cup
butter
melted
1/4
cup
packed brown sugar
1
Tbs
vanilla extract
9-11
oz
Kraft caramel bits
Instructions
Preheat over 275 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Pour Chex in a large bowl
In another bowl whisk together melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla. POur butter mixture over cereal and mix to coat
Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over ceral and toss again to coat. Transfer to parchment lined pan and spread into an even layer
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for apprx 15 minutes and then mix in the caramel bits.
Once completely cooled store in an airtight container for up to one week
