celery finely chopped

Old Bay seasoning

freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Stir gently to combine.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 2 days.
Serve as a sandwich, or over lettuce as a salad, or as a snack with crackers.
