Fresh Strawberry Pie
A super easy a delicious warm-weather sensation. (Actually it works for anytime of year.)

Ingredients
1
single deep dish pie crust, baked
1
4 oz. pkg
strawberry jell-0, reg or sugar free
1
C
sugar or sugar substitute

T
corn starch
1 1/4
C
Water
2-3
pints
fresh strawberries, divided
1
pint
whipped cream or Cool Whip; Ready Whip for garnish
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine jello-O, corn starch, water and sugar. Bring to boil, stirring occassionally. Cool slightly, yet still pourable.
Slice strawberries, leaving a few whole for garnish. Fill pie shell. Add whole strawberries, filling the center, pointed end up.
Pour strawberry filling over all the strawberries
Refrigerate until filling is completely set.
Top with whipping cream
