Greek Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 C plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 C diced cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp dill chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Stir all of the ingredients together and chill until ready to serve.
  • Serve with chopped veggies (peppers, cucumbers, carrots) or pita chips for dipping. Or serve as a sauce for beef or chicken kabobs.
