Take a sharp knife and poke holes all around squash. Microwave for 5 minutes. Take out and slice the squash in half, lengthwise, from top to bottom. Scoop out and discard the seeds and innards :) of each side until completely cleaned out. Microwave for another 5-8 minutes. Take out and f ill each hole with 2 Tbsp. each of butter. Place brown sugar in one hole with butter. Microwave for another 3 minutes until cooked through and butter and brown sugar melted and liquified. Test with a fork. Test with fork for doneness. Yum!
