Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large skillet, melt butter; add oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, red pepper, salt and pepper. Give it a stir. Then add garlic and saute for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn if needed. Place skillet in the oven and roast for approximately 5 minutes. Serve with toothpicks and cocktail sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley. Delicious!
