Lay a long strip of wax paper on your counter and place desired amount of almond bark in a microwavable bowl. Melt chocolate according to package directions
While chocolate is in microwave, carefully break nutter butters in half. Also break pretzel sticks into smaller sizes based on desired "stem" size.
Once chocolate almond bark is melted, dip cut end of Nutter Butter cookie into melted chocolate to coat apprx 1/4 of cookie. Set on wax paper.
Sprinkle chocolate edge of cookie with chocolate jimmies and place pretzel stem in melted chocolate
Repeat for as many desired acorn cookies and allow to cool before serving. Store in airtight container.
